You’ll want to make sure and save room for dessert, and their coconut pie or truffle tart will make your dining experience complete.

2. Biga on the Banks

With a reputation for innovation among Riverwalk restaurants, Biga’s relaxed elegance and fine dining atmosphere presents diners with the ultimate upscale experience. Boasting a wine cellar offering a deep and varied selection of wines to pair brilliantly with their cuisine, Biga is just as much renowned for their wine as they are for their food. For Valentine’s Day, the restaurant is offering a four-course menu featuring items such as grilled beef tenderloin with spaetzle, stilton, asparagus and steak sauce; ceviche of shrimp, crab and snapper, sweet potato, Peruvian corn and avocado; chocolate pistachio mousse; and crème brûlée ménage à trois. 6. Oak Valley Vineyards

A scenic 30-minute drive outside the city, Oak Valley Vineyards is a terrific dining option. Located in Garden Ridge, the winery and restaurant is set amidst lush greenery at the top of a hill. Both a picturesque and romantic destination for a memorable dinner or special event, linen-draped tables and a crackling fire welcome guests who have the option of sitting in the glass enclosed patio or the upstairs seating area where they can take in views of the vineyard, rose garden, and the vine-covered porch. The restaurant’s rustic wooden floored Texas style "chalet" and wine cellar dining room lit by candlelight is perfectly suited for a special occasion and boasts menu items constructed with a Texan flair.
