Welcome to Clear Springs Park! Clear Springs Park was platted in the late 1970's as rural estate home sites. The subdivision is named after the crystal clear springs located in the community park owned by the Property Owners Association. The 246 lots range in size from 2 to 10 acres with most lots being 5 acres in size. As of the fall of 2006, there are 155 homes in the subdivision ranging in value from around $300,000 to nearly $2 Million. Today, CSP is located directly north of the PGA Tour Resort.
