Reasonable restrictions include 1800 SF minimum home. Underground electric is in place as is community water supply. Lot has relatively level building site that will have some nice north/northeastern views from your back porch. Trees include some oaks and cedar elm. Ag exemption is in place. No timeline as to when you have to build.
